  • WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? The shelf life of my Chapsticks and Balms is 1-2 years.
  • ABOUT THE CONSISTENCY: Depending on the temperatures where you live, your salve will arrive with a general consistency between a neosporin-type oinment and a slightly firm vaseline consistency. Softness of the Shapstick and balms will fluctuate based on your particular climate and temperatures. They do contain beeswax, avoid leaving in a hot car or in the sun to prevent melting however, if that happens, just place in a cool place and it will harden up for use. Your container will be shrink wrapped to prevent any leaking but if it does happen to soften during transit place in a cool spot and it will be a normal consistency.
